I have raised complain earlier regarding false commitment and refund of interest wrong charges to me but now no phone call lifting no answer from sales person and company pl. I am Adarsh Malav from Surat. I got a call come from Blue Mountain and Resorts, they said to come at amore hotel and take dinner and we give information about company. We go there, their sales person give their plan of Rs. 380000- for 10 years membership for 70 nights
Out of which we paid. 240000.
This is a fake company. promised us many things like stay in 4 and 5 star hotels across India and will get benefits like Free Breakfast, Free Sightseeing, Cab services with Driver,
This company has played with emotions and now they are not agreeing to refund our membership
I regret joining the Blue Mountain resort and hospitality membership program, which I bought from Bhavika Dhabuwala, a sales executive of the company. She promised me that I would get a 7-day free stay anywhere in the world in any season, and a complimentary 3-day/4-night trip to a water villa in Maldives with transportation included. She showed me some brochures and testimonials of satisfied customers and convinced me that this was a great.
They told me that If I pay 240000/18 there will be no cost emi
I payed 125000 from Bank of Baroda credit card
65000 from SBI card which was supposed to be for 18 months EMI but they changed to 12 months EMI
50000 ICICI credit card for 18 months EMI
Now it is showing for interest in EMI on my 240000 amount.
And on interest amount there are charging GST to
interest amount with GST they are charging amount 40000 on loan amount 240000 from various credit card ( BOB, SBI and ICICI).
I called so many times and mail but no response sales representative and customer care .
It's a big trap and they are denying to refund my money
