Blue Mountain Resort And Hospitality — Not supporting for Holiday bookings and not refund my money

Myself Naveen Tiwari and bought membership on 12-Sep-2022 at piccardly hotel (Sector22 Chandigarh) using my kotak credit card (purchasedd it on EMI) from bluemountainresort for my holiday booking.
Sales representive Name -Amanpreet (Phone number -[protected]) and they have group of 7 to to 10 members did scam with me.(Other memebr detail can checked from- piccardly hotel visitors record dated on 12 sep 2022) and these group of fraud member confirmed me that they have proper office in mohali but when i cheked they did not provide me mohali office address.
Sir, This is a fake company
I am continue mailing and calling them for my holiday booking. but then didnt give me a positive responce.
Their sales representative promised us many things like stay in 4 and 5 star hotels across India and will get benefits like Free Breakfast, Free Sightseeing, Cab services with Driver, 3 day complimentary extra, Events and Activities for Children, Event Passes but when I asked for booking they said we can only give booking at 2 and 3 star hotels at limited locations.. And for other things, they said Sales representative has left the job and he has given false promises.
This company has played with emotions and now they are not agreeing to refund my membership amount.They also not provided services and membership is still infource.

I have all recorded of emails blue mountain 1st they say you can select from over list after we select then they say type change with this hotel and give cheep hotel.Even dont provided cheap hotel booking too.always asked for booking they not give booking give alway excuse for hotel full or pay extra for breakfast or reply after 7-8 days.these fraud people looted My hard earned money(50K + Interest charges).

They didn’t have office in Mohali (fraudulent member list from picardly hotel where this scam done )

They don’t have resort all hospitality in Mussoorie while they still showing in his website (misguided people with fraud places )

I have provided booking request in advance(25 days advance as per his request on mail) but they failed to provide booking.I have sent many followups on mail, call, whatsapp but no postive response received and they did not provided services and mentally harassed.My children's holiday and my Office Leave get waisted due to these fraud people.

Now fraud team asking illegal demand (money ) on below account details while membership still in-force.
