One of the worst so called Hospitality Company.
My Son has been cheated by their list of Fake commitments and poorest service.
we were gifted a vacation where it was rather a struggle some affair. below mentioned are the fake commitments made.
1) *We have tie Ups with 4 and 5 star Brand Hotels and Resorts across India*- They provide rooms which does not have a tariff more that 2500 Rs. even in a non season time they will not go beyond this amount.
a) They provided us a property in Mussoorie which had a room equal to the Bathrooms of the 5 star property with a tariff at property being Rs 2882/- (Video is available on request)
2) *We provide premium category of rooms* - All rooms offered are of Basic Deluxe Category.
3) *We Provide Breakfast with Room*- All Rooms are provided without breakfast and when claimed they say no such offer will be available. they make printing mistake in the voucher mentioning room with Breakfast and when we land there they say we are not providing.
5) *You can Book for the Holiday any time*- All Bookings are allowed only through emails minimum 35-40 days prior where till the last days of actual travel we do not get vouchers.
a) The Rooms provided to us at Haridwar with Hotel Name "The Grand Shiva" had insects in the Hotel Room. (Refer the link for the proofs-

b) Inspite of Double Occupancy they give all toiletries for single occupant.
c) The Hotel Room does not have In house phone with Housekeeping dial facility. every time we have to call Receptionist and they forget to send the requirements.
The Holiday Became more of issue resolving rather then enjoyment.
They will charge ASF Amount every year and from the same they will give hotel which is ranging from 1500 to 2500 Rs.
The entire booking amount goes in their pocket for which they give such pathetic service.
The company is a FRAUD. Do not get trapped in the same.
If anyone can support in getting refund please help.
