We took the 10year membership from this company..now we want to utilise a our membership for the first time in our bali trip..firstly we want to go there in July...but company didn't gave us the proper response so due to increase in flight rates we dalayed it to September...at the time of taking membership company told us that they will provide hotels and sightseeing just only we have to pay is the fuel charge...now for taking trip availability they are not providing sight seeing, not even a hotels after wasting 3 months and now they are not providing booking by saying that hotels are not available ...the hotels they are providing is available on make my trip and they refusing to give us the booking...kindly do needful Was this information helpful? |
