Blue Star India — Not working split Ac's | |||||
Dear sir, We are having around 12+ Split Ac’s in our office & among that 2 Ac’s are under AMC & our Customer ID is 6392726. Rest of the Ac’s are under paid services. Among 12+ Split Ac’s 3 Ac’s are not in working condition & we have booked a complaint of ticket no. B[protected] on 13/05/2017 While we Contacted authorized dealer Rk services it was told that as the service area is too far they couldn’t attend the problem. Also they told that better you approach other service dealers, as they are being authorised service dealer for blue star why should I go for other service dealers. And the thing is I have received a SMS on 17/05/2017 that my above mentioned ticket no. B[protected] was cancelled. My question is I have raised the ticket & I have the sole rights to cancel the ticket or to close the ticket after proper resolution against the complaint. How can you people cancel the ticket on urself without the feedback of customer. If you people couldn’t attend breakdown in these areas, why you people are having outlets in these area, worst service I have ever seen. We were under Amc for past 1.5 years till now no preventive maintenance was done & only breakdown maintenance was done that too repeated issues. If preventive maintenance was done on regular basis such as once in a quarter why should breakdown occur???? If you people are supposed to claim that preventive maintenance has been done could you share me the reports which I have signed in it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
