This is to inform you, that, I Mr Ashish Nag bought Blue Star AC 1.5 ton 5 Star one year ago.


The present situation is that it repeatedly going through under maintenance, sometimes it happens

leakage of gas, sometimes it not working properly, sometimes it is not cooling only fan is working and also at this

moment it is compressor failure.


I buy this product Ms Mittal Electronics, Hind motor one year ago and after that ac is still now cooling problem. I repeatedly call your authorised centre but they are ignore this

matter.


Please look after this matter seriously and try to response asap.
