I purchased 02 qty of deep freezer model ECFSD300AA from its authorised dealer nd found some problem in locking device of both unit. Dealer lodged a complaint and the service person visited on 27-7-15 and said the lock needs to be replaced. Then no response was seen and another complaints was booked call no B[protected] and B[protected] on 07-08-15 but till date no one visited plz help Sumit kr goyal New station road Panagarh bazar [protected]
