Sir i buy i samsung 16800 mah power bank at 648 rupess from book my offer.com, but i got a defective one and i tried to register complaint and i approximately call 70 times on their customer care number and i have also send them a mail about this issue but they are not recieving call and take any action, so please sir take action as soon as possible so that on the name of offer, they dont send defective piece to anyone else.
