BookMyBai — Agency is not blacklisting the maid who was a fraud

Hello I raised a complaint with Book my bai as the baby sitter I hired with them turned out to be a fraud. Since 6 months was complete I raised a complaint with Book my bai and I got no response and they instead got her a new job elsewhere. Agency should listen to my complaint and blacklist the person since that person would do the same to other users of book my bai also.
