It has been a month now, and they havent been able to provide 1 good maid after taking 5900/- on 2nd of Jan 2024.

According to their agreement, bookmybai should provide the replacement of this candidate within 2 weeks. But they haven't showing any interest in this and delaying the replacement by giving the lame reasons.

Mr. Juaid, the agency representive had confirmed one candidate for maid service and collected the payment on 29.11.2023 with the promise to commence the work from 30.11.2023. However, no candidate turned up and no service is available. The payment is collected without any service and through fradulent means. I demand the refund of the money already paid....

To make the urgent maid arrangements, I had paid the requested amount of inr 1000/-.However, company didn't provide any support for arranging the maid. Unfortunately I had to manage it through other source. Since I didn't use their service, as per company policy I am entitled to get back the paid amount.
I have been following up for more than a month but the refund is not yet processed....

I had requested for a maid from bookmybai on 21st october 2023, I had mentioned it as an urgent requirement and for 8/9 days, book my bai could not arrange a maid. Then I made my own arrangements and asked them for the refund.

As their representative said only if I marked the full payment they can proceed with the maid service....

This company promised me that they will provide a maid and if maid don’t show up they will find a replacement between 10 days and they asked me to pay 5900 in advance before the joining of the maid and it has been a month they are failed to provide me maid or any replacement. I had paid Rs 2499 as one month subscription for hiring a cook on 30 sep 23.. On the App five or six names and details apperared, for my part time cook for Rs 5000. The were all at the other end of hebbal, where I stay and refused.
That is all no amount of calls made to your company and whatsapp messages resulted in any details of cooks whom I could contact.

We liaised with your agency with great hopes of securing a good maid who is experienced in baby care.We paid Rs 20060/- and also trusted your agency's expertise. We took time off from our busy schedules to interview many of these maids by the recommendation of your coordinator Shweta. All these ladies never showed any reluctance at the time of the interview and were willing to be hired.

Had taken their service to find babysitter for my kid. They send highly inexperienced maid. They also force them to stay and work for the same even after maids showing reluctant to work as a Babysitter. The content of the maids is incorrect and misleading. In the period of 3 months got 3 maids who didn't work as a babysitter for small kid. Really disappointed as a client and want my refund back due to their incapability of meeting my needs...

I contacted Book my bai for a 24 hour live in maid . Paid Rs. 21240 as brokerage( 6 months contract). The maid disappeared after 23 days under pretext of meeting her sister. She did not even take her belongings. When contacted, the company offered 2 /3 maids ( who are otherwise unemployable) as replacement . I had connected BookMyBai agency for maid service, on shortlisting profile I paid full payment but unfortunately maid didn't join neither informed or spoke. Again we shortlisted one profile and same thing happened and Bookmybai team also didn't inform. This continued and we never got a single maid service and no one started working. As per policy no refund during replacement but here the service never started only....

I took their subscription in April 2023. Paid advance for 6months which means they are supposed to provide replacement for those 6months if needed. I have been calling them repeatedly from saturday but they have not answered my calls nor reverted back. Their service is very poor and unprofessional. Paying 20K advance for this service is useless with the kind of service they are providing....
