On 3rd Oct 2019, I found the website bookmybai.com through google
search to find a suitable maid for my house.
I went through their website & as per their rules, I had to pay INR
1000 to post my requirement and shortlist the maids in my area.
I made the payment through Google Pay (Tez) for INR 1000 on 3rd Oct
2019 at 2:27 PM to shortlist the maids. Also, received the message
"Your Order#63611 on https://www.bookmybai.com for INR 1000.00 was
successful. CCA Ref No:[protected]."
After 2 hours, I received a call from bookmybai.com (Arpita) who was
appointed as my Co-ordinater for my order #63611.
When I spoke to her, I listed down the same requirements that I had
posted at the time of search and she did not agree with my budget and
confirmed me that she would not be able to provide me service in my
budget.
Post which, I confirmed her to cancel my request and refund the amount
as I couldn't pay after a certain budget which she agreed and
confirmed that someone from their Mumbai team will contact me to get
my bank details to refund the amount.
I did not receive any mail, message and call from their team.
I tried contacting her few times on her number displayed in my account
and which she used to communicate with me before but she was not
responsive.
Sometimes, she picked the call and kept giving me false promises that
someone from their team will get in touch with me.
I have sent the mail to their customer complaints e-mail address
([protected]@bookmybai.com) but their was no response from them.
