We have made a payment to bookmy bai for assisting us in securing a maid, however the maids provided to us have had no experience or even capable of the very job assigned, some don't even know Hindi, all this despite offering Rs. 20, 000/- per month per maid. They asked us to keep them for trial period at Rs. 16, 000 per month. Their maids have conveniently left us in a few days stating they don't wish to work here & now the company phones go unanswered. We need the company to provide us a replacement asap since they have been absolutely unprofessional & we see no reason that they get to earn fees for duping us. We need to take this matter seriously else suspect that the company is hand in glove with such maids to make a mockery out of our genuine need for assistance. If they are a serious agent then they must assist us in securing us the requisite maids since they have been paid in advance else refund us our monies.
