I have availed the service and after one month asked for replacement as maid was not doing child care properly.
I have requested for replacement or refund on 31 march. Nothing has happened till now.
I am calling customer care daily first of all they don't pick call even if they pick they tell lies saying
Maid bus missed
Bike puncture
Field executive not available
Main not picking phone
I am hearing this everyday and fedup with the horrible and pathetic service.
I have never seen and experienced such pathetic and horrible service in my life.
