Dear Team -
I am writing with reference to the BOOKMYBAI office in Bangalore. Where I had listed my requirement for ELDERLY CARE on March 9th. An employee from the BOOKMYBAI Bangalore office called SANIYA ([protected]) called me asking to pay INR 1000/- to the company.
I did the payment via the HDFC netbanking on March 10th. And then on March 12th I sent a text SMS message saying that I do not want the maid. And I have asked for the INR 1000/- refund, as is the policy as per the site.
I would like to file an official complaint against the company for not providing the services AND ON TOP OF THAT...not refunding my INR 1000/- Was this information helpful? |
