BookMyBai — Paid the money but didn't get maid yet

Hi, I have paid money for a maid. They sent me a maid who was unwell. Maid came for a day, was very unwell and left the next day. Now, BMB executives are not receiving my call, nor giving me any replacement. I wanted maid immediately. I want my refund for the amount I paid for maid.
