I have registered by paying 1k on 29/05/2022 at night which is Sunday. Monday morning when they call and explain the process, I told them that i don't need the service with the condition they explain and requested them to refund my 1k. It was written in the site that if i don't want service i can get my money refunded. Since then I have been following up.. raised complaint and never got the money back. [protected] is the number i was in touch for w week now and he is not sharing any update. Not even respond to my phone.
He requested me to share my bank account details. I have shared my bank details, Paytm and Google pay number. But still i have not got my refund. And there is no proper escalation matrix. I have contacted the number mentioned online. Requested for investigation but still no progress.
