BookMyBai — Refund issue

Hi i asked for the parttime maid and they charged 1000rs which was refundable.However they could not find the suitable maid for me.Now i am asking for my refund however they always say u will get it.chasing from last 2months.
I raised the request in Bangalore location.

Its not matter of 1000rs..its the matter of trust
