BookMyBai — Refundable deposit not processed

A month ago, we signed up on this website, as we were looking for a maid at the time. We paid a refundable deposit of 1000rs to initiate the process. Since they couldn't provide any maid, we asked for a refund of that 1000rs. It's been almost a month and they still haven't refunded our money. We tried calling their customer service but they aren't picking up. We waited for 10 whole minutes but to no avail. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

it's a standard modus operandi of bookmybai. I was told the same and still haven't received my refund. I used kaamwalibai.com l for a full time maid and their response was much better.
