BookMyBai — Unable to find any maids | |||||
I had clearly communicated that I need a babysitter whose healthy to take care of my toddler. I received replacements after following up umpteenth number of times everyday after weeks and they leave sighting health reasons. I fail to understand that why is health of maids not being considered when babysitting is a service where this needs to be accounted for as a top priority. I hired a maid yesterday and she leaves today saying that the agency didnt communicate the requirements to her. I am a working professional and have already taken 2 weeks leave because the BOOKMYBAI contact tells me that she is unable to find anyone for my location. How am I supposed to deal with this I do not understand. Frankly if you are unable to do your job, please be upfront and let us know. We will stop relying on you and start looking elsewhere. Due the location of your residence it was super difficult to find maids of the type of criteria of maid that you required. Although this cannot be accepted as an excuse we will try our level best to service the requirement. Interviews were conducted at your residence of whoever we found. Unfortunately you did not like any one of them. We are still working on your requirement and will strive to close this asap. Really appreciate your patience.

I requested you to find a babysitter and not a maid.
My location has not changed since the time I connected with Book My Bai. If you are unable to provide services in a certain location; I suggest you do not take those requests in the first place. I do not appreciate this as a response on such a portal.
I trusted you and gave you a fair chance to service me but one of the babysitters you sent at my residence had pan stains on her teeth. It appeared as if she had just finished her packet of "ghutka" before stepping in for an interview. How much of hygiene and health you considered here I am not sure. The one who I liked was not willing to work for the time I required service. How much you explained them my requirements and how much effort you took is very evident.
However that is not a concern; you challenged me that no one can provide a service better than your company but I could hire a babysitter without your assistance. After that you promised me a lifetime credit note of 12000 as per your company policy on 26 Aug 2016. You mentioned that i will get that in a day or two in my emails. I never received anything. When I called you on 2 Sep 2016; you did not even remember this incident. With thorough respect; I am not sure how many such escalations you deal with but you just told me that you lost my contact and will have the request processed.
It has been 30 calendar days where you have not even done what you assured. If a owner of a company cannot keep his word how can consumers trust such a company. I do not intend to have any relations with Book My Bai.
I request you to refund the 12000 I paid for your service. I do not intend to refer Book My Bai to any of my family or friends or colleagues so a credit note is a waste. If you give me that option; I will treat it as BookMyBai just dumped me of 12000.
