I have suffered through the similar pain. I wanted to utilize their premium services by paying 1000Rs. upfront as I needed a baby sitter urgently. However I was told that in my area( electronic city) they dont have any database of maid( to my surprise as they clearly have posted details of many of them in the surrounding areas on their website). Anyways I was also promised that they will revert my refund through NEFT as I had made the payment through online banking. Their employee Anil is dealing with my request and even after thousands of calls over 1.5 months he fails to refund my money. Everytime he picks my calls only after multiple no. of calls made to him in one go and he promises that he will refund the money and that he has initiated the transfer I haven't received my refund.
@Dear Mr. Anupam, if your company is so prompt in taking the deposit for premium services make sure you provided premium services and train your support staff. This is plain cheating I would call. Please arrange to refund my money on priority. And this is not how business works. It is always two ways. Even if you are unable to provide your services that you had charged for, you should be prompt enough in refunding what you promised.
I also see that you promptly responding to complaints raised here. However I rather would have been happy that you and team had dealt with such promptness before we lodged a feedback and complaint on such a public forum Was this information helpful? | 
Its unfortunate that you had to go through a bad experience. I cannot find any registration under the name of ' Punam Bhaskarr' in my database. Kindly share your registered mobile number at [protected]@bookmybai.com and I will personally look into the matter. Usually the refund is made within 3 working days of the client requesting for it. However in your case I am not sure why the refund was not made yet. Kindly share the registration details over email and I will refund the advance paid immediately if it hasnt been done yet.
