I contacted Book my bai for a 24 hour live in maid . Paid Rs. 21240 as brokerage( 6 months contract). The maid disappeared after 23 days under pretext of meeting her sister. She did not even take her belongings. When contacted, the company offered 2 /3 maids ( who are otherwise unemployable) as replacement . When rejected, they passed it off as my problem and washed their hands off. Since then, no call is received. No mention of refund or replacement either.
