In 26 feb 2017.. I was ordered samsung 16800 mh power bank and 64 gb samsung memory card... When the product was delivered to me.. They both are not working...... So i want to refund my money... Plz help me..

Today i brought a samsung 16800 mah power bank but some sound is hearing inside it.its parts are not fitted correctly...Also the dealer took 50 more.Actual price was 499 but he took 549...

I need to return this product.

when i called the customer care number they did not took the phone...

it seems the they are gaming fraud..it is only a duplicate power bank..no quality...

I Had ordered Samsung Evo 128GB Memory card at Rs. 699 + Rs. 100 (courier) + Rs. 50 (COD Charges) = Total Rs. 849.

When I Opened the product and insert the memory Card in my Mobile, it was showing only 64 GB Memory only.
