I have received a call regarding refund of money (As i purchased a power bank through bookmyoffer, but the product was broken, i requested them to refund money ₹ 448/-. After few days i received call from executive (Mob: [protected]) regarding refund and asked me to say card details as they do refund through card to card transaction. At first i didnot trusted her but she said hdfc executives also here to solve the issue regarding refund then i revealed my card details and lost ₹ 2000/-. So my total lost of money is ₹ 2448/-. I request to the forum heads to take necessary action on bookmyoffer to stop this kind of illegal business and punish them and refund my money. Thank you Dheeraj.
