[Resolved] Bookmyoffer — Damaged Product Delivered & No Response on Complaint | |||||
I placed an order on www.bookmyoffer.com on dated 01/08/2016 combo of Nokia 1600 & Samsung 128 Gb Memory card. they acknowledged me after placing online order as: Order Confirmation Number: [protected] After a week i received order and paid for that but when i opened the seal Memory card was not genuine and damaged mobile with duplicate housing body panel with lots of scratches. i requested immediately for return and refund but there was no response from their side. afterwards i mailed many times but till now i don't have any response from them.
