Sir, i ordered power bank of 20400mah of mi company on 25th april and it was deliverd on 28th april. when i open the box i found that there was an power bank of samsung company and it was just an empty box of power bank.. it was completelly an froud. i complaint about that to the customer suport of bookmyoffer.com by e mail and by call also and they said that thay will refund or change the product within 7 days. but now its being 15 days and i called them many times from last few days but they dint response to my call or email. please help me. Mmemory card is total waste the data is not transferring to the card and if by chance transfered then the audio or video is not playing.. The card is totally currupt.
