While trying to book the tickets on 8th october through net banking (HDFC) my money got deducted twice but tickets did not get booked. And Rupess 748.17/- got deducted for each time. Its been 14 days but amont did not get refund. Request you to please refrain sharing your bank statement or any personal details on the forum or on call. Sorry to know about the failed transaction. In case of a failed transaction, the amount is refunded within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of a nationalized bank. Get instant refunds by changing your default settings to "Refund to My Wallet" on the app/website. Ideally you should be in receipt of your refund. Please check your updated bank statement for the reversal incase of any discrepancy we are available at [protected]@bookmyshow.com.
