[Resolved] BookMyShow — entry was not provided and additional money demanded on spot by organisers

I had booked a couple entry ticket for jan 31st event held in Forum Shantiniketan Mall Whitefield Banglore for ₹4299/-. When we reached the venue the place was overcrowded and we were not allowed entry. We heard from the other people that there was no food left and we were not given even a bottle of water. In bookmyshow it was mentioned that food and bevereges were unlimited. But we did not even get entry, there were more than 100 people effected and I am sure everybody had raised a complaint. I have raised and incident #10284434 in bookmyshow and it has been 12 days now and I have not got any valid response. I request the concerned authorities to accept my request and provide a refund of 4299/-.
