BookMyShow — Money debited but ticket not confirmed

This is my worst experience with Book My Show Web site I have booked tickets for IMAX 3D movie for sep 26 that is today. My 900rupees money was deducted from HDFC bank account, but no confirmation about the tickets were received.

I am trying to call them on the number[protected]their contact number), but that number is not working. I have send an email to their customer support, but did not received any reply. My whole day was gone trying to contact them.

I want my money back. I want to legally proceed against them for the inconvenience caused to me.
