Hello bms team. I have booked 2 tickets form bms app at 30.04.2016 (Transaction details:- iin/bookmyshow /[protected]) but unfortunately ticket was not booked and my money was transacted from my icici bank account. I have already talked with bms customer care 10 days back and they replied we have lodged your complain and will get back your money. Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded back to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.

Book My Show — Confirmed booking are cancelled
I had booked my tickets on line on book my show i got sms and email of confirmation and now the comany sents mail that booking are cancelled and make fresh booking and pay higer rates they saying all tickets are cancelled57%
