The event got rescheduled on 23rd march 2019 and i filled the form for the refund. It was 10 days i waited and then got an sms message to send them the entry bands which were by chance with me but yes 1 out of 6 were actually torn out in my bag and hence i sent 5 of them by dtdc courier and it was well received on time on 2nd april 2019. It's 14th may 2019 now and i haven't received any refund despite regular follow-ups on email and customer chat. Last time when i got a reply back they said i will get the amount in 5 days and that day was 25th april 2019.

Please look into it.
