The left earbuds is not working and it is not charging...

I have purchased my earphone on 16 th april 2021, after 9 months my earphone is having some issue
When i lift my earphone wire the audio and bass is clear. But when i put it down audio and bass is not clear..
Didn't expect that within one year my earphone will have some internal issue .
Please Pay attention to my problem...
