Placed order from my phone [protected] today around 12.15 -12.40pm For food and was delivered by 2.30 pm by your bou after delivery after 2.15 minutes and food was trashed to dustbin We have called your customer care centre twice. They are like customer harassment centre. First time they told me they will compensate same by same food delivery next day by 1 pm 2nd customer care representative said we will not give compensation as I used promo code and no time guarantee of 38 minutes Your feed back, I called annoyed . They annoyed me more by my 17 minutes talk. They offered me 5 promo coupons of 40% cashback, whereas Mobikwik is offering 60% discount Sir please stop harrassment business. Do not offer promo discount by hiking prices. And compensation is must for late delivery beyond 30-45 minutes. Please Sir, stop cheating customers and fraudulent offer of discounts Please change name of your customer care department to customer harrassment department. Please change name of feedback department as police department. I have wasted my money on your food.
