BPCL Petrol Pump, Kharghar, Navimumbai — Attitude of service person who fills the fuel | |||
Dear Concerned, Today when I went to BPCL's Coco petrol pump at Kharghar, Navimumbai the service person Mr.Santosh Shukla surprised me as he was trying to communicate by his eyebrows upward & rather not speaking or asking how much or what to fill i.e diesel or petrol. So I also responded by face expression which he couldn't understood & later on I wished him Good Morning & informed also interact verbally & not via face expressions. This sends bad signals of an individual to the customer. So my humble request is being that pump beside the Regional Office of BPCL, the pupils at that pump should be professional in their dealing like giving a smile, greet the customers or just saying Thank you etc which will further enhance the image of the Petrol pump plus the brand BPCL. I Have a Skoda Rapid diesel 2014 Elegance 1.6 TDI. The tank capacity is 55 Litres & at MS.Janta Petroluem CO they charged us Rs 3000 - and filled 62.5 litres which is 7.5 litres more than the tank capacity.This is Violation of customer trust when they come to gas station. We are seriously going to take this case ahead if no action will be taken from Bharat petroluem toward MS Janta Petroluem (91)-[protected] Tagore Road, Adipur, Kutch - 370205.
