Dear Sir/Madam I wish to complain about an order placed on 19 Aug which has not yet been received. The order detail is: Order Detail:[protected] Order Date: Aug 19, 2014 This item was due to be a birthday present however the birthday is now past and the item still not received. Please confirm when I can expect to receive this item or Issue a refund in full should you be unable to fulfil the order. Thank you in advance for your quick response. I placed a order for a few cosmetics( nailpolishes and waxing kit) which amounted upto INR 1500 and it has been 3 months I havent received my order inspite of writing compaints to their customer support and now their website in.brandsvillage.com has disappeared!! It is totally a fraud website and such culprits should be found severely punished.
