Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd — Irregularities in complaint

the mail id of this organization never works: [protected]@hathway.com and [protected]@hathway.com I am facing issue related to connection time out. the rules say if internet is idle for 4 hours then connection is auto logged off. But with me it is altogether a different story. I am logged off sometimes in 10 mins ..sometimes 1 hour ... sometimes even when I am using internet. I have tried to get this resolved but the technical people say it has been resolved but I keep facing this issue. Have been facing this issue since day 1 of registration and never been handled properly. I have crossed my patience limit this time hence the complaint as I am not able to reach the seniors in the technical team neither on phone nor on mail.
