[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — regarding slow speed

sir i have the Reliance Broadband internet connection service of plan Rs 699 ( 2 MBPS) . whose average downloading speed according to plan is 1/8 of the plan ( 2 MBPS) which is about 256 KBPS, but at the current time since 15 days i don’t get the downloading speed more than 70 kbps. And also the uploading speed is too much slow . i submit complain for the same but reliance team every time closes the complain without any resolution, and giving the reason that i uses the router . NOTE :- SINCE 15 DAYS, I DON’T USES ANY ROUTER sir please solve my problem complain number regarding for the same, issued by reliance but no resolution is obtained (i[protected] (ii[protected] (iii[protected]
