[Resolved]  Reliance Data Card Broadband — Receiving Bills after Request of Termination of service

I've requested Reliance to terminate Internet service on [protected] on sept-9, but they didn't terminated till now and I'm getting bills for no-use. These guys accepted request and assured me that the service will be terminated within week but didn't terminate the service and I'm getting the bill this month again.
Again I filed request on dec-6-2012 and they are telling me to clear the dues and that too for no-use at all.
Please rectify this issue. I don't want to pay these unnecessary bills. As I've already switched to some other connection.

Reliance — Receiving Unnecessary Bills

Desr Sir/ Madam.

Below is the mail that I had sent to reliance department regarding un Necessary Bills. Below mail has all the details



Hi,

This is regarding the bill generated for this month even after cancellation.



Treat this as escalation.

I am currently having worst experience with Reliance Data card termination process. Explained below clearly with dates I had interacted with the reliance executives. Rather understand what happened in the past. They were just blindly replying mails asking me to pay the outstanding bills.

I am hoping that this is going to be my final mail. If it is still not resolved then, I am going to file a case will all the proofs.

Please take a necessary action on these persons (Abdul Shaikh and Bhupendra Kushwaha). He didn’t understand the case at all and on return they are diverting the issue. ( is trying to explain me the process of Re- Activation)

Note: I already paid all my outstanding bills...Absolutely there is no due from my side. And I am not going to pay anything.



Overview:

20-Aug– Requested for the cancellation of my data card - Reliance Req No[protected]

22-Aug-11 - Paid My Outstanding Bill 827.25

30 Aug 2011- Received a call from Customer Executive asking me reason for the cancellation. , I said I don't want to go with any plan and I confirmed the Cancellation. Then my Data card is terminated.

20 Sep 2011- Received a bill about of 293.54 . Called up customer care about why this bill is generated. Then they said after my 20 Aug request it took 10 days time to process the termination. So the bill is for these 10 days. Then I cleared the amount.

20 Oct 2011- received a bill about of Rs. 303- This is after termination of my data cad. There is no data usage (Card is already terminated.)

21 Oct 2011 – Spoke to Costumer Executive - Interaction ID: [protected]. She said not to pay the bill. Also the confirmed again about the Data card Termination. Asked me to mail on netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com.

21 Oct 2011 – Sent a mail to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com about this issue with the subject (Reg. bill generated - even after cancellation.) - 'Relian​ce=009-588​-465' RE: RE:'Relian​ce=009-308​-102

25 Oct to 05 Nov 2011- In between this I got a call from bill department asking me to pay this bill. Then I explained whole story to the executive.

10 Nov 2011 – Spoke to Costumer Executive Swapnesh Manjreker - Interaction ID : [protected]- He again confirmed me not to pay the bill. He has also suggested me to Visit the branch.

15 Nov 2011- Received a new bill with my past due and current due- Rs .517

15 Nov 20 Nov 2011- Visited the branch. They are blindly asking me to pay the outstanding amount, without looking at the past case.

01 Dec 2011 – Spoke to Costumer Executive Mamatha - Interaction ID: [protected]. She suggested not respond to the mail and call. Simply Ignore it.



17 Dec 2011 – Got a call from billing department asking me to pay the outstanding bill.

17 Dec 2011 – Set a mail to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com, on the same mail that I has previously sent. I clearly mentioned about the issues.

18 Dec 2011 – Received a mail from Bhupendra Kushwaha - Customer Care . Asking me to pay the outstanding bill

18 Dec 2011- Replied back to the same mail with the below message.

· Hi Bhupendra,If you dont understand the issue call me. But dont give any false conclutions without discussing with me.

19 Dec 2011 – Mail reply from Abdul Shaikh - Customer Care – He is trying to explain me the process for Re- Activation.
