This complaint is in continuation to request: reliance-datacard-broadband-c793294
After this complaint, I received call from Reliance and https://www.consumercomplaints.in that the service has been terminated and I'll not receive any more bills or calls to pay bill.
Whereas I received bill on Jan-9-2013 mentioning amount of Rs.512/- with last date as Jan-23-2013.br...

Receiving Bills after Request of Termination of service

I've requested Reliance to terminate Internet service on [protected] on sept-9, but they didn't terminated till now and I'm getting bills for no-use. These guys accepted request and assured me that the service will be terminated within week but didn't terminate the service and I'm getting the bill this month again.

all those wishing to buy a data card for their laptops for internet access, please be careful not to opt for reliance data card. Choose any other but just avoid reliance.not only does the company resort to excessive billing but their consumer problem settlment procedure is completely absent.They just want you to buy the card after which you are on your own. heaven forbid if you terminate their service and want a refund--YOU CAN JUST FORGET...
