I mailed a package from the U.S. to a family member who lives in Belgium. He paid to have it delivered to his home yet he did not receive it. The package was held for no reason by your customs and the mail center. It was sent back to the U.S. sender. During this process several Items were broken. I want my Family member to be refunded. I have sent other packages and they were delivered. There is no excuse for the actions taken. My family and his were very mistreated. How can I be sure this will not happen in the future.
