My name is Rosa Gomez and I have sent a package to my goddaughters which has not been delivered. The package was sent on the 29th of September 2021 with a tracking number of CH[protected]US it appears to be held in customs and there is no sign of it being delivered. It has been over two months and I have not received any information as to why it is being held. This package is a gift to my goddaughters...

I ordered for a small packet of consignment from usa it was posted and from usps origin facility silver spring, md 20914 on the 6th of march 2019, it then arrived in belgium on the 13th of the same month. It been held in the customs since 14th till 19th it is there because i am monitoring with the tracking number.
I do not know how to contact european mail centre.
