[Resolved] BSNL 3G — Wrongly recharged | |||
Hi, My name is sunil kumar panda and my mobile number is [protected], on dt[protected] at 10 am, I have made recharge my phone by MOBIKWIK RECHARGE but by mistake he had recharges Rs.39/- towards another number [protected], which seems same as my number, and the Rs.39/-SPECIAL RECHARGE has been transfered to his number and he has denied to pay me. So, I have a request from BSNL(Government Organigation) that in this situation what is the procedure to bring back any one money as this is against the Law of Conduct and Justice. My request to government organisation to please make some more softwares for stopping such kind of mistake. AND PLZ RITURN RECHAGE MY MOB BSNL 3G MOB NO...MY ..REAL MOB.NO.IS ---[protected]...
