BSNL — bsnl landline online bill transaction failure

Sir i try to pay a landline bill internet banking fednet to this bill account numb [protected]..Rs 880 on 22/11/14. Bill no.[protected] given by federal bank. My transaction no. TX[protected].i want to know this bill is paid or not.but money is debited from my account.my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.is any way to refund my money or to add the bsnl account
