BSNL Cellone — non receipt of online payment receipt on email id | |||
Dear sir, 1. I have bsnl mobile [protected] and landline broadband[protected] 2. I made an online payment for both my bills on 12 Feb, I have been confirmed of payment made, however the payment receipt which is to be sent on email has not been received todate. 3. This was highlighted and a complaint of this was mentioned on 1500, however on 16 Feb, I receive a message saying my complaint has been resolved, but the receipt has not yet been delivered on my email. 4. The response of customer care is so pathetic that you keep holding the phone for 20 to 25 min but no reply. 5.
