Dear Sir / Mme We are using BSNL Landline no[protected] from last 20 years. I have done types complaint details as below. 1) Personally Visited Virar west Telephone exchange. 2) Registered complaint through mobile at virar west telephone exchange no[protected]. 3) Registered complaint on 198 & 2502198 - recd complaint id [protected]. After register i got SMS from BSNL careon 16.07.15 at 1.04 pm as below: Dear Customer, the fault booked on telephone no[protected] has been assigned to BSNL staff Shri E.G. JADHAV, mobile no [protected]. After received sms i called on 16th july to Mr Jadhav but ans recd is: pls call on 198 for complaints & i said i already done then i recd your no. the he said we will do today. 17th july again i called then he said we recd your complaint we will do today but still not done. So I request to BSNL see the matter on urgent basis and reimbursement (reduce the bill amount) till date telephone service start. BSNL Losing customer because many time telephone line dead, lack of customer care support like customer care no 1500 is always ring but no ans. I was earlier using BSNL mob [protected] but there is no network many place so i ported to another service provider. many customer like me want to use our BSNL Co. (a Govt undertaken co) Service.
