BSNL — Permission to remit advance rent for one year

Sir, I would like to remit advance amount for one year for my land connection bearing No.[protected]. When I contacted Telephone Exchange, Kaimanam, the Officer in Charge told me to give a request in black and white and the amount would be included in the next Telephone bill. It is not fare. On-line provision should have been provided to remit the advance amount. Now direct me whether without visiting the office, I can remit the amount on-line. I keep my land-line till now because I have retired from your sister concern, Postal Dept. Kindly reply to me early. Sincerely yours, D.
