Buckaroo Shoes — buckaroo formal shoes return or replace request

Dear sir
I purchased 1 pair of buckaroo shoes on 12 march 2019
Now sir buckaroo shoes is in very pathatic condition.
Shoes heal is almost finish and pin my legs.
I have no time to return and tommarow i have reached indore central mall and ask to solve my query but store manager says there is no policy to solve your problem after 3 month.

But please suggest in last 2 month i have no time to came and give my shoes for this problem but it's hurting me when i bye shoes from trusted mall and convenced brand buckaroo shoes

Please do the needful and return or replace my shoes its only 4 month to purchased.
