I bought shoes of bukaroo at that time the shoe was slighlty teared which I ignored but now after just 2 months the slight tear has become an big one and the shoe looking completely useless...
I request the company to please replace at least one shoe. Soo that I could use it.

I purchased 1 pair of buckaroo shoes on 12 march 2019
Now sir buckaroo shoes is in very pathatic condition.
Shoes heal is almost finish and pin my legs.
I have no time to return and tommarow i have reached indore central mall and ask to solve my query but store manager says there is no policy to solve your problem after 3 month.

But please suggest in last 2 month i have no time to came...

Recently i check the shoes back side, front side and i am shocked to see the sole are not proper fit and look like badly,
I am always purchase lee copper, hp, allen soly but so many of my friend suggest to try something new and...

I have purchased buckaroo shoes from reliance trends Maxus mall bhayender west, thane-401101. Maharashtra. before 4 month

but sole is not in proper condition it get remove again and again
till now i repaired it 4 time from above address
but removed again.

i purchased this shoes bcoz of brand name . bt i am not happy with its performance so plz give me a final solution

I am rajesh pal from mira road.
I bouth buckaroo/leather shoe from brandfactory - mira road on 21 may 2016.
After around 1 month o[censored]se the shose sole was cracked (pic attached) and i brought this to brandfactory mira road branch’s notice. brandfactory manager says we are not taking any warranty on foot wears. i said its just 2 months old and how shose can can last in such small period. as i did not had any record in my hand...

I had purchased buckaroo shoe in the month of 4th week of december 2015 for approx rs 3500 from store raghulila mall near vashi railway station, vashi mumbai .
Recently i came to know that the sole (Bottom of shoe) badly cracked/broken at 2 to 3 places on both shoe and it is not under usable condition. I purchased this shoe keeping in view of brand name and brand value of buckaroo .
But i am surprised from quality of your shoe...
