[Resolved]  Patel Realty — Booked flat by paying 1.75lacs was told not available when you are holding for some friend or You get a better price

Patel Realty Neocity we booked an apartment on 23 Dec B1104 and on 24 the Dec they informed that it is not available when they got better customer telling us stories about it was booked on 6th December and it is a mistake not appearing in the server.
We informed our friends and property agents that we have booked and they no longer consider us for the property they had shown us.

Now on 26th we given other choces of flat we did not like and now we have to cancel our booking.This is very improper dealing from Patel realty.

People who want to book be careful you may not get the Flat you have booked eventhough you have doubly ensured with the sales manager about the availability.
