Patel Realty — Booking amount for apartment not refunded

I had booked a flat in smondo 4 of patel realty on 5 aug 2014. I had paid 2lacs rupees for the booking. The builder i.E. Patel realty kept saying that the work will start soon but the work has not started till now and patel is not refunding the money. They have even stopped responding to the email for cancellation.

This is a case of cheating and fraud by patel realy.
