I had booked a flat in smondo 4 of patel realty on 5 aug 2014. I had paid 2lacs rupees for the booking. The builder i.E. Patel realty kept saying that the work will start soon but the work has not started till now and patel is not refunding the money. They have even stopped responding to the email for cancellation.
This is a case of cheating and fraud by patel realy....

Delay in possession of Smondo 3.0 project

Hi Sir/ Madam,
The Smondo 3.0 project, Neotown has been delayed by more than a year and the builder is showing very less signs of completing the project. The infrastructure and internal roads are yet to be done. What steps needs to be taken to file a complaint against the builder for expediting the process and provide penalty for the delay made.

Patel Realty Neocity we booked an apartment on 23 Dec B1104 and on 24 the Dec they informed that it is not available when they got better customer telling us stories about it was booked on 6th December and it is a mistake not appearing in the server.
We informed our friends and property agents that we have booked and they no longer consider us for the property they had shown us.
